About Meat Up

Unlike the backyard BBQ, we’re not restricted by the Great British Weather. We’re always on fire, ready to serve up serious feasts, using the best ingredients we can find.

We promise you the finest cuts of meat, provided by the very best of British Suppliers, then marinated in an exciting blend of spices that will have you begging for our secret recipes.

We’ll be dishing up your favourite sides with a twist, and we’ll be serving our increasingly renowned original MeatUp sauces.

The Food

Our Head Chef Stephen Hinkley has been working with the best butchers, fisheries and farmers in the country. MeatUp showcases not just the best of British meat, but seasonal vegetables and beautifully fresh fish for the less carnivorous diners. The new diverse menu has been meticulously developed knowing the value of variety to the Chelsea foodie.

Expect thick and juicy steaks including the classic rib eye, fillet, sirloin and rump along side lesser-known cuts such as tomahawks, deckles and barnsley chops. Don’t fancy a steak? Enjoy a sensational selection of small plates, baked fish, seasonal salads, smoked ribs and killer burgers!

Served Your Way

All of our BBQ treats are lovingly prepared in-house and cooked to order on our special in our specially deigned grill and smoke housel. Alongside the food, we’ve put our heart and soul into our drinks menu. We’ve searched high and low for great wines. We’ve cherry picked the best mixologists in London and promise an eclectic mix of wines, beers, bubbles and cocktails.

Our beef is fully traceable from pure breed Hereford and Angus steers, grass fed, ethically reared and matured for a minimum of 28 days. We butcher all of our steaks in house, and you can have a rare burger too because we make our own mince!

All burgers served in a milk bun, with double cheese, lettuce, onion & pickles, with skinny, chunky chips or salad. We mince our own beef, so you can have your burger rare!

Whether you’re looking for the perfect wine to go with your steak, an easy going cocktail to settle you into the weekend, or something completely different to blow the cobwebs away, we’ve got it covered.

In fact, we’ve created a drinks menu like no other. An eclectic mix of wines, beers, cocktails and mocktails – there’s some emerging new brands as well as old favourites.

Don’t forget we treat you to half price cocktails Tuesday-Friday from 5pm til 7pm and you can go bottomless with your weekend bunch!
